Ruchita Kotadiya, Founder- Director of FlyHigh Career Solutions, has a distinction of pioneering career counseling and guidance services. She is a Certified Career Analyst having 5 + years of experience in dealing with students and youngsters along with the knowledge of Educational psychology. She holds Post graduation in Computer Management, PG Diploma in Business Management and M.A. in Psychology. Being all through clincher in her scholastics, she has versatile experience as a software developer and coach and facilitator for different IT subjects

Her immense passion towards the contribution to society and dealing with problems faced by teens turned her interest towards career counselling. She is well aware of the dilemma faced by students and professionals while taking career decisions. The dearth of knowledge about trending and new edged career paths and unawareness about the ideal career choice among students around her inspired her to launch her centre for career counselling.

As  very well said by Franklin D. Roosevelt- “ We can not always build the future for our youth, but we can build our youth for the future”, she strongly believe in empowering our youngsters to make informed career decisions by providing scientific and unbiased career guidance based on Interest, Personality, Skills and Abilities , Values, Learning Styles and Emotional Quotient.

She has conducted several seminars, career talks and webinars for career awareness at various platforms, schools and colleges. Apart from counselling, Social Service and writing are her areas of interest.
